Singleton (SET) Additional Benefits (minimum): $10,500 plus base compensation

•  Surrogates will receive additional compensation benefits of approximately, but not limited to, $10,500.

Singleton (SET) Additional Benefits with C-section (minimum): $15,500 plus base compensation

• ​Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $5,000 for a C-section.​
   

Twins (DET) Additional Benefits (minimum): $20,800 plus base compensation

• ​​Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $10,000 for carrying twins, an additional $300 ($1000 total for twins) for maternity clothing, along with various support throughout the surrogacy journey.

Twins (DET) with C-section Additional Benefits (minimum): $25,800 plus base compensation

• ​​Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, which combines the $10,000 for twin compensation, the $300 ($1000 total for twins) for maternity clothing and $5,000 for a C-section.

​

Once lost wages and other allowances are added, this total may increase, but the amounts listed represent the minimum additional compensation.

Singleton (SET) with HIV+ Parent (minimum): $15,500 plus base compensation

• ​​Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $5,000 for working with HIV+ parents.

Singleton (SET) with C-section and HIV+ Parent (minimum): $20,500 plus base compensation

• ​​Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $5,000 for a C-section and $5,000 for working with HIV+ parents.

Twins (DET) with HIV+ Parent (minimum): $25,800 plus base compensation

• Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $10,000 for carrying twins, an additional $300 ($1000 total for twins) for maternity clothing, and $5,000 for working with HIV+ parents.​

Twins (DET) with C-section and HIV+ Parent (minimum): $30,800 plus base compensation

• Surrogates will receive the singleton additional compensation benefits of $10,500, plus an additional $10,000 for carrying twins, an additional $300 ($1000 total for twins) for maternity clothing, plus $5,000 for a C-section and $5,000 for working with HIV+ parents.

This comprehensive financial support not only rewards your dedication but also empowers you to achieve your personal goals while helping create families. 

Additional allowable benefits for special circumstances may include a mock cycle, an additional embryo transfer, CVS or amniocentesis, up to six weeks of bed rest, up to six weeks of breastmilk provision, selective reduction, and others. Certain compensations, such as those that end the pregnancy (e.g., ectopic pregnancy, D&C/D&E), are typically provided only up to the point of occurrence. Because these situations usually happen earlier in the journey, full compensation amounts may not be paid if the pregnancy does not continue.
